I qualified from Liverpool University with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy in 1998. After two years I specialised in musculoskeletal pain, developing a particular interest in the treatment of headaches and migraine. Initially working for the NHS, I stepped out into self-employment and founded PremierPhysio in 2007; driven by a passion to improve health and well-being with high quality treatment and customer service. Over 16 years later, we have a loyal client base and with the help of an excellent team of staff, I believe we are well on the road to achieving this.

After 25 years, I can honestly say I still love my work and every day is different. There is nothing more rewarding than to help someone achieve their goals and a better quality of life. In my spare time, I enjoy going to Yoga, walking and bike rides. I am proud to have managed a parachute jump, but have no ambition to do another!
