PremierPhysio was recognised with an annual ‘Best for Service’ award from WhatClinic.com this month. The award reflects the outstanding customer service delivered by PremierPhysio practitioners, and is based on patient service excellence ratings gathered by the healthcare search engine.
The Runcorn Physiotherapy service was only one of a small number of clinics on WhatClinic.com that met the exacting standards needed to qualify for the award. Less than 2% of clinics on the site qualified for the award this year.
PremierPhysio scored highly across patient review scores, feedback data and clinic contact rates, and demonstrated that they had maintained exceptional customer care standards throughout the year.
