Pelvic pain

Pelvic pain is well known in pregnancy and although in most cases symptoms improve once baby arrives, it's a long wait if you're only at 12 weeks! Pelvic pain can also come on after a car accident or fall. Typically, pain is aggravated by turning in bed and climbing stairs, but can start to affect walking.

Physiotherapy will assess whether your pain is muscular or related to the position of the pelvis. Treatment can involve soft tissue or trigger point release of tight buttock muscles, acupuncture, joint mobilisations, taping, stretches and strengthening exercises for the core muscles. Treatment will vary if you're pregnant.

After 5 sessions of physiotherapy, Vicky was 100% improved and able to shop all day without any pain.
"Reception staff; Pauline was wonderful and helpful. Vicki was amazing and has been recommended to my family. Miracle workers!"
