I completed a degree in Sport and Exercise Science BSc (hons) in 2011 at Dundee university. I worked with a football academy for 3 years, while applying to do a physiotherapy degree, as I realised my true passion was rehabilitating people. I then completed my degree in Physiotherapy BSc (hons) at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2017. Since qualifying, I have worked in a mixture of NHS and private sectors, currently working both at PremierPhysio and Whiston hospital, specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I have worked in various areas in the NHS, which I feel has given me a wealth of knowledge, which I can pass onto my patients. I feel the more knowledge you have about the problem, the better your understanding of the management of that problem and this is what I pass onto my patients. I love all aspects of physiotherapy, with a special interest in upper limb problems. I have a focus on functional rehabilitation and strength and conditioning.

When I am not busy working, I enjoy keeping fit by going to the gym. With my background in gymnastics, I love being upside down and tumbling, challenging my body any way I can. I also bring this to my work, by challenging my patients to obtain their goals. I also enjoy socialising, sport, and eating out as much as I can.
